Ted DeFeudis
CEO & Director
With 27 years of experience in finance, Mr. DeFeudis has a diverse background in the industry. He has worked for notable firms such as Oppenheimer & Co. and Merrill Lynch, before going on to launch his own private equity firm, Lion Equity Holding Corp. In his role as a private equity investor, he held C-level positions in several companies he invested in, founded, and built.
In addition to Lion Equity Holding Corp., Mr. DeFeudis has founded and served as CEO of successful fintech platforms in peer-to-peer lending and mobile money transfer. He won the Harvard Business School New Ventures award for the Southwestern United States in 2011 for his pioneering work in proprietary cloud-based mobile banking and money transfer. He has led multiple direct public offerings and reverse recapitalizations across various industries, including biotechnology, aerospace, beauty, apparel, and entertainment, resulting in over a billion dollars in capital formation.

Mr. Hansel boasts a wealth of experience in the financial and public markets, with expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate restructuring, and investor relations for early-stage companies. His skillset is further enhanced by his proficiency in multiple languages and a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from The University of Texas at El Paso

Mr. Battles is a highly skilled database professional with over 20 years of experience in digital marketing. He excels in managing large-scale MySQL deployments, including data collection, formatting, search, appending, compiling, and replication. He is also proficient in using the PHP/Laravel Framework and Linux operating system. He specializes in collecting, organizing, and implementing first, second, and third-party data from various online and offline sources to create detailed anonymized customer profiles for targeted advertising, personalization, and content customization which ultimately leads to exceptional conversion results.
Brian Heckathorne
Director of Information Technology
Mr. Heckathorne possesses extensive expertise in designing and maintaining advanced IT systems, including enterprise-level servers and networks, large-scale data administration using MySQL clusters, and high-speed fiber networking. He has a wealth of experience in the digital marketing field, having started a web hosting company in 1996, and later contributing to the building and implementation of custom email marketing software and data management systems for large-scale email marketing campaigns. With over 20 years of experience, he has managed and executed multimilliondollar marketing campaigns for the financial services industry.

Mr. Coughlin is a seasoned professional in web and graphic design, with over 15 years of experience. He is skilled in network administration and highlevel technical support, and proficient in various technologies such as HTML/CSS, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, web application security and has multiple certifications in A+, Net+, and Linux+.
Kumar Lanka

Mr. Lanka has extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering, with over 30 years of industry experience working as a consulting architect for renowned clients such as Intel, Arthur Anderson, and NICor. He is the co-founder and CTO of Eventbee and has held leadership roles at GetMedia Inc. where he was instrumental in securing $10M in funding and acquiring over 500 radio station clients. Mr. Lanka has also worked as a Senior Architect at BeVocal Inc. and has been associated with patented technological innovations in voice portal applications.

Suresh Meena is a seasoned web developer and system administrator with 15 years of experience. He is well-versed in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and jQuery, as well as back-end technologies including PHP, SQL, C++, NodeJS, and Java. He is skilled in both clientside and server-side development.
